Who we are

What we collect and why
- Waitlist sign-ups: your email address, the market you selected (optional), the date of sign-up, the country your connection comes from, and a record of your consent. We use this only to email you about the Gamma Gate beta and launch. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Emails you send us: your message and contact details, so we can reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this site, and we do not sell your data.
Who processes your data
Our site and waitlist are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. as processor. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. When paid plans launch, payments will be handled by a payment provider such as Stripe, and this policy will be updated.
How long we keep it
Waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at most 24 months after our last contact with you.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
